Hit ‘Em in The Mouth

“Hit ‘Em in The Mouth”, is a documentary exploring the Seattle Bike Polo scene, the birthplace of our beloved game.

The film centres around the dominate figures of the scene, including the “father” of hardcourt bike polo; Matt Messenger, the 2009 world champions; Team Smile as well as up-and-coming players in the city. It’s sure to be a good watch.

The film’s world premier is June 30th in NYC at Anthology Film Archives for NY BFF.

It would be great to have the EU premier in London during this summers London Open.

Hoser Store

Recently, a group of Bike Polo friends over in Toulouse, France, set up Hoser Store.

In their own words…

The concept is simple : encourage the promotion of graphic art, of the less traditionnal cycle world and of Bike Polo through the sale of t-shirts.

In addition to Hoser Store being a platform for graphic art within the Bike Polo community, for every t-shirt sold, a part of the price will go to the designer or to his team or club. The hope is this little donation will help a Bike Polo team to travel or allow a club to grow.

To start the t-shirt offer, Hoser Store contacted nine well known teams from around the world to provide a design and Cosmic was honoured to be one of them.

The brief was simple, provide a design that represents your team or club.

See and learn more about our design…

Winter warmers

Thanks Josh for making this video, lovely stuff!

These past few weeks we’ve been spoilt with fantastic polo tournaments; The London International Invitational and Rouen’s Epiphanie tournament have been perfect winter warmers for the summer season ahead.

We added to the lengthy list of podium finishes with a 3rd place at the London International Invitational; we played Epiphanie with Alejandro in place of Mat, finishing in 5th. The mighty Hooks won both tournaments, obviously.

The European polo scene is stronger than ever, this summer is going to be special.
